Nadia & James

A kiwi country wedding.

Nocton Woolshed

Is there anything more enjoyable than a good old country wedding? Guests in their gorgeous summer attire; the late summer sun seeming to twinkle and flare everywhere you look; and the beautiful bride and groom wandering through fields of long grass to have their photos taken. Just dreamy.

Nadia and James both began their day getting ready at their parents’ places. It was a stretch to get to both, but myself and their lovely photographer, Zanthe Vorsatz, made it work - because it’s so worth it when you can. Shots of James and his boys, and Nadia with her girls - helping one another with the trickiness of bowties and buttons - these are lovely moments that tell so much of the story.

Our drone was able to capture the beautiful venue (Nocton Woolshed, in Clevedon) from up high - and Nadia and James were joined into marriage by the ever lovely Celebrant Laura Giddey (who had previously married Nadia’s sister and her husband!).

Sunshine, rolling hills, good food and drinks, and finishing up by dancing the night away. What a fine way to kickstart a marriage.

10/10 would do it again!

“That’s just awesome! Thank you so much!”

“We hadn’t planned on getting videography, however, after we saw the video Hayley and Nick made of one of my best friend’s weddings, we knew we had to have them too!… the video is stunning and we are so happy we decided to utilise their services.”

— Ira (Nadia’s bridesmaid)
